Dr. Paul Weinhold holds a Ph.D. in psychology with a specialization in neuroscience, bringing a deep understanding of the connection between the mind and performance. With a career rooted in both research and practical application, he has studied the psychological and biological foundations of behavior, including the impact of cognitive and behavioral interventions. Today, he applies this expertise to help athletes, executives, and high performers strengthen their mental resilience, sharpen their focus, and achieve optimal performance in competitive and high-stakes environments.
Dr. Weinhold currently splits time between New York and Florida. His health and life coaching practice incorporates specializing in applied behavioral medicine and sports and performance optimization.
He previously worked as a sports psychologist for tennis academies as well as elite athletes, stage and screen actors, business law and medicine. As a long-standing member of the American Psychological Association, including divisions in Exercise and Sport Psychology, Health Psychology, and Psychologists in Private Practice, he is recognized as a leader in the field. Additionally, he is an Associate Fellow of the Institute for Rational Living and a member of the World Scientific Congress of Golf, reflecting his dedication to advancing performance psychology across disciplines. Dr. Weinhold’s expertise has been featured on television, radio, and various publications, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted authority in mental performance optimization.
